Agent Salt Rim

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.75 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Smoked salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim half the rocks glass with smoked salt.
2. 2Combine rye, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake and strain into the glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Serve on the salted side.
