Moon Prism Punch

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz sake
• 1 oz lychee liqueur
• 0.75 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 3 oz sparkling water
• 0.25 oz butterfly pea flower tea

Instructions

1. 1Combine sake, lychee liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake and strain into a hurricane glass with ice.
3. 3Add grenadine to create a pink base layer.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and float butterfly pea tea for a color-shift effect.
