Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz maple syrup
0.5 oz cold brew coffee
2 dashes chocolate bitters
2 oz ginger beer
1 pinch salt

Instructions

1Add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, cold brew, and bitters to shaker
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds
3Strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4Top with ginger beer and stir gently
5Add pinch of salt to finish
