The Survivor Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz peach liqueur
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white
3. 3Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
4. 4Double strain into a mason jar filled with fresh ice
5. 5Wait for foam to settle and rise
