Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz Averna amaro
- 0.5 oz blood orange juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Blood orange wheel for garnish
Instructions
- 1Combine bourbon, Averna, blood orange juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Lay a blood orange wheel on the surface.
- 5Tastes like the Bronx. Hits like the Bull.
