Ingredients

2 oz Japanese sake
1 oz yuzu juice
0.75 oz ginger syrup
0.5 oz umeshu (plum wine)
2 oz sparkling water
2 drops saline solution
3 drops rose water

Instructions

1Combine sake, yuzu juice, ginger syrup, and umeshu in a shaker
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
3Double strain into collins glass filled with fresh ice
4Top with sparkling water
5Add saline solution and rose water
