Black Pearl Punch

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz coconut syrup
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, lime juice, coconut syrup, passion fruit syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over crushed ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel, a skewer of pineapple chunks, and a tiny Jolly Roger cocktail flag pick.
