Lil' Sebastian Sunset

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz reposado tequila
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 tsp chili salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with chili salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping.
2. 2Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
4. 4Dash Peychaud's bitters on top for a pink sunset gradient.
5. 5Garnish with a tiny horseshoe or a grapefruit wedge — 5,000 candles in the wind.
