Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged bourbon
• 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 grapefruit twist for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, Amaro Nonino, honey syrup, grapefruit juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and double-strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
3. 3Express a grapefruit twist over the surface and drop it in.
4. 4Serve immediately with no additional garnish.
