Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes lavender bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
5. 5Garnish with an edible flower and a lemon twist — clean and hopeful, like Jack's lakehouse.
