2 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Club soda to top

Instructions

1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
2Add Hennessy, lemon juice, pineapple juice, cinnamon syrup and bitters to shaker
3Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
4Strain into prepared Collins glass
5Top with club soda and gently stir
