Ingredients

1.5 oz Japanese whisky
0.75 oz Aperol
0.5 oz yuzu juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1Combine whisky, Aperol, yuzu juice, and honey syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
2Stir for 25 seconds until well-chilled.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add orange bitters on top.
