Mushu's Lucky Cricket

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz lychee liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz ginger syrup
• 1 oz jasmine green tea, chilled
• 0.25 oz honey

Instructions

1. 1Brew jasmine green tea and chill completely.
2. 2Dissolve honey in lime juice by stirring in a small bowl.
3. 3Combine coconut rum, lychee liqueur, ginger syrup, honey-lime mixture, and chilled jasmine tea in a shaker with ice.
4. 4Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice.
5. 5Garnish with a candied ginger slice on the rim and three sesame seeds floated on the surface — Cri-Kee would approve.
