Mrs. Doubtfire's British Nanny Shandy

Ingredients

• 12 oz pale ale
• 4 oz cold ginger lemonade
• 0.5 oz elderflower cordial
• 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp honey syrup
• 1 lemon wheel

Instructions

1. 1Chill a pint glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
2. 2Add elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to the glass and stir briefly.
3. 3Pour cold ginger lemonade halfway up the glass.
4. 4Gently pour the pale ale down the side of the glass to preserve the head.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim — serve immediately, dearie.
