Khonshu's Crescent

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 oz cold brew coffee

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Slowly pour cold brew coffee over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
4. 4Garnish and serve.
