12 oz cold craft lager
1 oz bourbon
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Chill a pint glass completely.
2Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
3Shake briefly and strain into the cold pint glass.
4Top slowly with cold craft lager.
5Add bitters on top and serve without stirring.
