Ingredients

1.5 oz shochu
0.5 oz yuzu juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 oz cold green tea
3 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1Brew green tea and allow to cool completely.
2Combine shochu, yuzu juice, and honey syrup in a rocks glass over ice.
3Pour cold green tea over the top and stir gently.
4Add three dashes of aromatic bitters.
5Serve quietly — do not provoke.
