Heart of Te Fiti

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz midori melon liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.25 oz blue pea flower syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, midori, lime juice, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and pour unstrained into a coconut shell or tiki mug over crushed ice.
3. 3Drizzle blue pea flower syrup over the top to represent the ocean's living heart.
4. 4The green from midori and blue from the syrup will bloom into teal — Te Fiti's color.
5. 5Garnish with a fresh tropical flower and a coconut umbrella — the ocean approves.
