Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.5 oz cucumber syrup
• 2 dashes celery bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, cucumber syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon wrapped inside the glass and a lime wedge on the rim.
