Kris Kringle's Nog

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 2 oz store-bought eggnog
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• Fresh grated nutmeg

Instructions

1. 1Warm the Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water for 30 seconds, then empty.
2. 2Combine rum, eggnog, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake gently and strain into the warmed glass.
4. 4Float heavy cream over the back of a spoon on top.
5. 5Grate fresh nutmeg generously over the cream and serve.
