The Miracle on Ice

Ingredients

• 12 oz cold American lager
• 1 oz aquavit
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Chill a pint glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. 2Combine aquavit, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake and strain into the chilled pint glass.
4. 4Top slowly with cold American lager.
5. 5Add two dashes of Peychaud's bitters and serve immediately.
