Bello Banana Smash

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 1 oz banana liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 2 slices fresh banana muddled

Instructions

1. 1Muddle two fresh banana slices in the bottom of a mason jar.
2. 2Add rum, banana liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. 3Fill the jar with ice and shake briefly.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
5. 5Garnish and serve in true Minion style.
