The Polaroid

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
• 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca
• 1 barspoon honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Add bourbon, sweet vermouth, Fernet-Branca, honey syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
4. 4Express an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
