2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz peanut orgeat
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 large ice sphere

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, peanut orgeat, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Double-strain over a large ice sphere in a rocks glass.
4Add Angostura bitters on top.
5Let sit 30 seconds before serving.
