2 oz dry rosé wine
1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
3 fresh raspberries

Instructions

1Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a wine glass.
2Add ice to the glass.
3Pour in rosé, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
4Stir gently to combine.
5Top with club soda and stir once more.
