Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz rose water
• 2 oz prosecco

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and rose water in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
3. 3Top gently with prosecco.
4. 4Garnish with a single dried rose petal and a lemon twist.
