The Zorro's Blade

Ingredients

• 2 oz reposado tequila
• 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 pinch smoked salt

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt.
2. 2Combine tequila, Ancho Reyes, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
4. 4Strain over a large ice cube in the salted glass.
5. 5Add mole bitters on top and stir once.
