Kawamoto Comfort

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz sake
• 0.5 oz yuzu liqueur
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz warm hojicha tea
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. 1Brew hojicha tea and allow it to cool to warm — not hot.
2. 2Combine sake, yuzu liqueur, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters in a mixing glass.
3. 3Stir gently for 15 seconds.
4. 4Add the warm hojicha and stir once more.
5. 5Pour into a ceramic cup or rocks glass and serve warm.
