Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz blue pea flower–infused elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Shake tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup with ice for 12 seconds.
2. 2Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a grapefruit twist expressed over the glass and a strip of red cape-shaped fruit leather draped over the rim.
