Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz prosecco, to top
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 1 tsp simple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice.
  2. 2Add Aperol, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. 3Stir briefly to combine.
  4. 4Top with prosecco and a splash of sparkling water.
  5. 5Gently stir once and serve immediately.
