The Beefy Hellfire

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 0.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes black walnut bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, mezcal, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. 3Top with sparkling water.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel dusted with smoked chili salt — served in a rocks glass, straight from the underworld.
