Ohana Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz blue pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz coconut cream
• 0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, blue pea flower syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in a blender with crushed ice.
2. 2Blend until smooth and pour into a tiki mug or tall glass.
3. 3Pour grenadine slowly around the inside of the glass to create purple and red ribbons.
4. 4Do not stir — let the colors remain distinct like a Hawaiian sunset.
5. 5Garnish with a pineapple spear, a maraschino cherry, and a small paper ohana flag if available.
