Ingredients

1.5 oz bourbon
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz fresh orange juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 oz prosecco

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, Aperol, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a wine glass over ice.
4Top with prosecco and stir once gently.
5Garnish with a half orange wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
