2 oz Australian whiskey
0.75 oz dark honey syrup
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.25 oz Eucalyptus liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Fill mixing glass with ice
2Add all ingredients
3Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled
4Strain into double rocks glass over large ice cube
5Express orange peel over drink and discard
