The Leper King

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz cognac
• 0.5 oz cardamom-infused honey syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
• 2 dashes rose water
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Infuse honey syrup with crushed cardamom pods for at least one hour, then strain before using.
2. 2Combine cognac, cardamom honey syrup, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, rose water, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 15 seconds and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with three dried rose petals floating on the surface and a dusting of cinnamon around the rim.
