Spencer's Safe House Sling

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz reposado tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz triple sec
• 0.5 oz jalapeño syrup
• 2 oz tomato juice
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, jalapeño syrup, tomato juice, and Worcestershire in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds — this drink needs to be aggressive
3. 3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice
4. 4Stir once and taste — it should be simultaneously savory, spicy, and refreshing
5. 5The jalapeño and tequila will give it a slow building heat on the finish
6. 6Garnish with a celery stalk, a lime wedge, and a small skewer of green olives
