Maui Mule

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 1 tsp hibiscus syrup

Instructions

1. 1Fill a copper mule mug with crushed ice
2. 2Pour coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and passion fruit syrup over the ice
3. 3Stir gently to combine the tropical base
4. 4Top with ginger beer, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation
5. 5Drizzle hibiscus syrup over the top — it will bleed a vivid pink into the drink
6. 6Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a lime wheel, and a cocktail umbrella
