2 oz shochu
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz lavender syrup
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake shochu, lemon juice, lavender syrup, simple syrup, and egg white.
2Add ice and shake again until frothy.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
