The Du Jour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit juice
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp hibiscus syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and passion fruit juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a tall glass over ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Drop hibiscus syrup in the center and let it bleed out — rock and roll and subliminal messages.
