Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 1.5 oz Aperol
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes lavender bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Add lavender bitters and shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
