Four Times Faster Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz fresh apple juice
• 2 oz ginger ale
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, lemon juice, honey syrup, and apple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice.
3. 3Top with ginger ale and add bitters.
4. 4Garnish with a thin apple slice and a lemon wheel.
