Trash Island Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz Japanese whisky
• 0.5 oz toasted sesame orgeat
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 orange peel

Instructions

1. 1Combine whisky, sesame orgeat, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
