The Endurance

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz absinthe
• 1 drop saline solution

Instructions

1. 1Rinse a coupe glass with absinthe, swirl to coat, and discard the excess.
2. 2Add gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds until frost forms on the outside.
4. 4Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
5. 5Add one drop of saline solution on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel threaded with a rosemary sprig.
