KeyFace Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz blackberry syrup
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake rye, lemon juice, blackberry syrup, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
4. 4Dash Peychaud's bitters across the foam in a cross pattern.
5. 5Serve immediately while the foam holds its shape.
