The Holy Grail Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, Amaro, and egg white without ice for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Dash bitters onto the foam and use a toothpick to draw a cross pattern.
