Ben Willis's Slicker

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus grenadine
• 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 1 tsp black salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a highball glass with black salt and fill with ice.
2. 2Combine rum, lime juice, hibiscus grenadine, and falernum in a shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into the prepared highball glass over ice.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
