Solo Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes peach bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for another 12 seconds.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Drop peach bitters onto the foam and drag a toothpick through to create a pattern.
