Grinch's Green Meanness

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz midori melon liqueur
• 2 dashes celery bitters
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions

1. 1Muddle the rosemary sprig briefly in the bottom of a shaker.
2. 2Add gin, lime juice, honey syrup, midori, and bitters with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 12 seconds until well chilled.
4. 4Double strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
5. 5Stir once and garnish.
