Ingredients

• 1.5 oz green tea-infused gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
• 2 fresh basil leaves
• 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Muddle the basil leaves gently with honey syrup in a shaker.
2. 2Add green tea gin, lime juice, and elderflower liqueur with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and double-strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
