Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.5 oz peach schnapps
• 3 oz sweet tea
• 2 dashes peach bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach schnapps in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake briefly and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
3. 3Top with sweet tea and stir gently.
4. 4Add peach bitters on top.
